How easy! Shaved ice with Maccha syrup, make me feel so good♪

Hello! Here in Japan is still hot summer days.

To stay home in happy, why don’t you make Shaved ice with Maccha syrup?

Not only just drop the syrup over the shaved ice, but decorate with “Shiratama (small rice case)” and “Azuki (sweet bean) make you feel so good♪ 

It was very simple step to make. Please enjoy.  

Shaved ice with Maccha syrup

  • 2 bowl Ice
  • 30 cc Maccha Syrup
  • 50 g Shiratama powder
  • 50 cc water
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Bean
  1. Shave ice with machine

Shiratama (rice cake)

  1. Mix Shiratama powder with water

  2. Makes those in small ball (dia. 2cm)

  3. Boil those small balls until float above

  4. Cool down with iced water

Decoration

  1. Drop Maccha syrup over the shaved ice, and decorate with Shiratama (small balls) and Sween beans

Sweat beans:  Use sweat beans already cooked.
