The Alure of Japanese Cuisine and the Gift to Health:

Cooking brings people together. 

With this powerful notion in mind, I am dedicated to spreading the allure of Japanese cuisine and its gift to health around the world.  Discovering the splendor of Japanese food culture has deeply moved me, and I am determined to contribute to its global recognition.

 

Japanese cuisine cherishes ingredients and is crafted with meticulous cooking methods, reflecting the Japanese aesthetic and delicacy. 

For instance, dashi, made from kombu and bonito flakes, not only serves as the foundation of Japanese dishes but also provides a nutritious and gentle component.  It’s a treasure I wish for everyone worldwide to savor.

 

Japanese cuisine embraces the blessings of the seasons and regional produce, creating dishes that not only tantalize the taste buds but also promote health.  For example, salt-grilled salmon, where salt is sprinkled over the fish and it’s grilled over charcoal, is a dish that highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients.

 

Every day, I strive to share the charm of Japanese cuisine with the world.  Through food, I hope people can experience the joy of connecting with one another. 

 

I wish for my efforts to contribute to a healthier and richer culinary lifestyle for people worldwide.
