Feel no appetize?  In the case, Tuna Sashimi Rice Bowl can ben the one!   (If you are not familiar with Sushi, it might be a bit different although…)

Some says that Law eat is digested quickly so that less stress on the body.

Making “Sushi” is difficult at home, but “Rice Bowl” is much easier; so that why don’t you try, and make you feel good💓

Topping ingredients can be whichever you like.  For my case, I put sliced ginger and picked-ume besides below topping.
